I went inside trying to open up a new bank account already having an account with another bank just wanted to open up a new account and was question constantly about why I wanted to open up an account there and was asked “ you don’t owe the irs or anything like that do you because the government will come after you no matter where you go “ like what kind of backheaded statement is that??! Will never go back there I will take my service else where.

I have wasted numerous trips trying to accomplish what should have been the simplest of tasks. Everyone I dealt with was clueless and unhelpful, looking for reasons NOT to address my needs. Get with the times and allow customers to make account changes online instead of requiring an in person visit - where the employees are incapable or unwilling to assist with it!
