- MIMr Incognito5 days ago2.0Came to this Wells Fargo branch with my wife to open a new checking account that had an advertised $400 promotional bonus. The banker (Gabriella) never asked about the promo, never applied a promo code, and took an extremely long time to open the account. If you see how slow everything is you'll be amazed and it's not the system which is slow! When we reviewed the documents before signing, the promotion was clearly missing. We were told “we’ll add it later” and that it would appear within 10 days, with a follow-up. Nothing was added. No follow-up. No bonus. Because of this mistake (or negligence), the new checking promotion became unavailable to us after the account was opened. Effectively, we lost the $400 bonus we were eligible for. This branch wasted our time and cost us real money. Very poor service and zero accountability. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location if you’re opening a new account or relying on any promotional offer.

The woman that I spoke with said that someone could take me at 3. Unfortunately I was on my lunch break so I couldn't wait. I was happy to just go online and make an appointment but she offered to call another branch to check availability for me. The other branch was able to take me as soon as I got there. I really appreciated the above and beyond service . Thank you so much.
