- CBChristine BodeOct 2, 20244.0I went into Wells Fargo to try and close an account and had a difficult time due to corporate issues (we were on the phone with corporate the whole time and they were not making it easy). They were unable to close my account after being there for around an hour and I had to go back again the next day which took another hour or so. I was very frustrated with corporate Wells Fargo and it did not make me want to bank with them. However the gentleman who worked with me Emmanuel Duker was very kind and patient and I really appreciated him trying to be efficient and help me. He had great customer service.
