I was having a problem and the manager helped me get everything straightened out, along with giving me her card to call her if their was any further problems. I love going there. Always a welcoming smile for their members. No long lines.

Just because I dress with my shorts and t-shirt does not mean you can treat me any different than a person thats all dressed up. Truliant Caucasian employees do this alot so im sick of it i had to say something today. Im thinking about just sticking with USAA and closing my accounts with Truliant.

She stared at her computer screen the whole time and maybe looked at me twice. I remained pleasant the whole time, but after a while I got up and left. I couldn't take anymore of the disrespect
