A list of needed documents handed to us when we applied would have been helpful Also 3 different people gave us 3 different answers to when the funds would be available. They were all wrong. Having said that I want to say that working with Gustavo and Meranda were a plus...they were responsive and helpful in answering all questions. and importantly, the rates are very good. 5 months later and we are finding some more of the info we received was inaccurate. We were not told about an additional fee...we were led to believe it was included.

I do not bank currently with Truliant but found that Truliants credit union ATM was a member of my Credit unions (allpoint network for their ATM), I wanted to know if i could deposit cash into my account if that account is with another Credit union. I was advised quite politely that they are no longer a part of the network that atms that allow that. experience was professional and polite
