Extremely slow service and poor customer experience.
I was helped by a teller named Angela, who looked visibly annoyed and never greeted me upon arrival. I waited a long time, only to be told she couldn’t locate my account. Her attitude was unwelcoming and dismissive. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. You need employees who actually enjoy their job and know how to treat customers with respect.
