Sugerencia si el encargado del dinero está ocupado o sale dejar un encargado del dinero. Es algo usual en un negocio GERENTE Y SUB GERENTE.

She initially spoke too fast over the phone and was unapologetic about it, she was not helpful at all about a simple inquiry I had that I have inquired about in the past. As a customer with a business relationship with them for over seven years this was a very disconcerting interaction. I think a talk with her about consistent customer service is warranted.
