I came today near closing time to straighten something out with my debit card caused by the merge from SunTrust to Truist, and although it took a group effort to solve the issue, Martha and Jose happily stayed a little late to get me all squared away. Martha was by far the most pleasant and helpful person I've ever experienced at any bank branch location and Jose was very knowledgeable as well! Thanks for all your help! 😁 Bonus - it seems like most of the employees at this location are bilingual!
