This place is full of lazy people, have no sense of customer service but never give up telling customers its your fault. Have no coordination among each other, specially tall women at drive thru. She don’t want to help but interfere in everyone business and stop you by giving you multiple reasons even if she is not handling your business . I ask simple question to cashier who handling my business, here she go but when that same cashier asking her help she was busy training another person. Place can be better if you willing to empathize with customer and understand customer is also running on clock and have business to do.
But i do appreciate the black dude who actually was super nice all the the time and very respectful and kind.

I left this bank because of it's horrible customer service at EVERY Branch this company should close. I'm not the only one leaving it's a lot....makes no sense this company apparently hates people because they act like it. Please take Chick Fili customer service classes. I only came to make deposit for someone. A terrible place

I needed to deposit some cash into my account on my way to work. The touch screen on the drive thru atm does not work. I went inside figuring I would just use the atm inside, they don't have one and the line was really long. I have to get to work and now I have to go out of my way to go to a different branch. This just happened 8/1 10am.
