The staff is not fair to me the black lady called the black man behind me and helped and also in my turn the banker came and had long conversation they didn’t care about the customer time . Who ever the in charge please avoid this kind of action to customer … I am 100% not happy with this location..

The bank tellers are extremely slow. Lines out the door, I cant tell if they don't know what they are doing or just slow. I watched one lady walk as slow as a sloth to get something off another teller...lol pathetic

I think the staff at this location is very helpful and I always leave feeling taken care of, however the ATM on site NEVER works. This is one of the only BB&Ts in proximity to me, and due to my schedule the only option for me to deposit and withdrawal is via the ATM at times. I could count more times that this service has been unavailable then available which is really disappointing. They should find a way to install a new system because it’s very frustrating to have to drive 15-20 more minutes out of my way to deposit or withdrawal cash every other week . I really hope it gets fixed.
