Who ever the in charge please avoid this kind of action to customer … I am 100% not happy with this location..

This is one of the only BB&Ts in proximity to me, and due to my schedule the only option for me to deposit and withdrawal is via the ATM at times. I could count more times that this service has been unavailable then available which is really disappointing. They should find a way to install a new system because it’s very frustrating to have to drive 15-20 more minutes out of my way to deposit or withdrawal cash every other week . I really hope it gets fixed.
