    This bank is okay, but it clearly needs improvement, especially considering how busy it is. An additional teller is needed. Since there is a drive-through, there should be a dedicated employee handling only the drive-through window. The staff appears understaffed. The tellers look stressed, trying to handle multiple responsibilities at once, while customer lines continue to grow. This does not reflect a professional banking experience. Hiring additional staff would greatly improve efficiency and customer service.

    I had gone in to open an account today, as well as handle some things with my fiance'. The banker that assisted us today was Mrs. Leila E. she was very polite, professional and went far above my expectations for service. Also, a very hard working individual, despite her servicing multiple people during my visit due to volume, she accomplished our needs in a very timely manner and did not miss a beat helping us or any of the other Truist clients!! Proud to call this location my home bank, I am confident in knowing this team will take care of my needs in any way they possibly can! Thank you Leila and thank you Truist!

    This Truist branch is the worst. They made a mistake opening my business account which was canceled by Truist 3 months later without any notice from the bank or anyone. When I went to inquire about it, my account banker did not want to assist me. On top of this, the Truist regional manager was rude and also did not want my account banker to assist me. When I first opened my account, everyone was very nice but when conflict came up they were unhelpful and unpleasant. I had a horrible experience. I do not recommend this bank.

    Would not recommend Truist and this branch to anyone. Had the worst experience. Always short staffed. None of my requests were honored. I went for account type change but they made me close my account
