My recent experience at Truist Bank was incredibly disappointing. When I went in to make a simple wire transfer, the banker I worked with didn’t seem to know how to complete the process. I was passed around, kept waiting, and left feeling like no one was truly equipped to help.
A wire transfer should be basic banking knowledge, yet I walked out without the service I needed and with zero confidence in their staff’s training. This was frustrating, unprofessional, and a waste of my time.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Truist Bank.

I booked an appointment hoping for a smooth visit. Unfortunately, the delay was excessive and my scheduled time was completely ignored. The process was slow and poorly managed. This bank needs to improve customer service and efficiency.
Do not go to this branch if you value your time.

Some of the people nice, but they are SUPER SLOW!! I only come when I know I have 20 minutes to spend there. I've only seen more than one teller twice.

I work near here and always appreciate their attention and welcoming atmosphere. Even when they're rushed, the staff is considerate. Special thanks to Itatí and Iesha for their kindness.

Worst branch to try to get important things done. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if youre not going to honor it??? This is the second time this has happened to me at this location
