I would like not to spend too much of my time writing this review, because the experienced that I went through with a teller by the name "Barbara" at:
Truist Bank Branch
101 S. Kings Drive
Charlotte, NC 28204
I, approached the window and I mentioned that I need to sent a wire and her answer was "seat and wait, I'm only processing deposits" I mentioned to "Barbara" the bank is empty, no one was behind me, plus according what I understand no matter if people would be behind me, they need to wait until you finished my request; I left and I went to another Truist Bank branch.
I came back to closed a safe deposit that I opened a week prior, a bank representative by the name Jan Troutman, that I know her for many years, for our surprised, the Branch Leader / Assistant Vice President Jazmine Hamby interrupted me and started talking to me like a was a child; she said "You told my teller Barbara that if I was black, she will take care my bank request", this was not the first time that this woman Jazmine Hamby was rude to me; it was not acceptable to confront an excellent client for many years with personal, business and investment accounts.
And, for my surprised, a woman from customer relations called me at home not only once, three or four times, I did not answer because, I do not answer a telephone call without a caller ID, on the fourth time, I did answer, and she was just like Jazmine Hamby, it really was a horrible telephone call that no company will call to tell a client that I was rude and to go to another branch and do any bank transaction.
The "Branch Leader and "Vice President" Jazmine Hamby denied the refund of the safe deposit that I never used it.
In today's work world, never heard or seen any like this, a business never the less a bank, that a "Branch Leader - Vice President" confronts a client and asked "customer relation" to call a client at home or business and confront over the telephone and asked to go to another branch to do my bank business affairs.
For my surprised after the telephone call, I received a letter that my bank accounts checking account and financial investments was going to be closed within a week of the date of the letter.
Truist Bank should send a mystery visitor and to see how that woman "branch leader vice president" and her tellers, with no courtesy and they are so very unprofessional.
The so call "branch manager vice president" never at her office, never mind welcoming the bank clients.
Banking with Truist Bank you will not ever get any assistance, I used pay everything with my debit card, between $ 4,000.00 and over $ 5,000.00 per month and I never received any reward as they promised; I applied for a personal loan about three or four years ago, my application never went through, it was inside the branch manager - vice president desk drawer!
I do not recommend this bank, what a difference where I am banking now, the largest bank and investors in the world, they are courteous and professional, the branch manager is at front right by the door welcoming and ask our bank needs, YOU WILL NEVER SEE ANY LIKE THIS AT TRUIST BANK.
DO NOT BANK AT TRUIST BANK.

Love it when I'm waiting on my lunch break for the banker and she decides to have a personal conversation with someone who just walks in front of everyone. Definitely not the first experience like this at this branch.

1 teller at a 5 teller window. Teller was googling information for customer which took about 10 mins. Then took another almost 15mins to assist a customer in ordering a new debit card as opposed to sending him to a banker. Teller training and customer focused training are essential.
