    I closed my safe box around the renewal time which was a big in size and did not needed that size so opened the small one and closed the bigger one. Bank already charged me for the safe box, for the new one i opened but I also got charged for the box which I closed it. The manager helped me do this transaction and assuring me that I'll get refunded in few days...I did not got refunded so I went to the back and I was told that someone's it takes few weeks but it will be refunded.. so I waited, but it did not got refunded. But now the manger said that we don't have policy to refund for the safe box. Bank has taken my money $145 and not refunding me and I'm not even using their safe box... I've not seen this kind of worst customer service and bank anywhere... Only one taller, Marjan is very polite, courteous and helpful. I go to this bank because it's in my neighborhood and very convenient.

    Today I was helped by Marjan to set up a checking account. She was extremely personable, knowledgeable and professional! She answered any questions I had, and was very understanding of my situation. I felt very valued and appreciated with her as my banker! Any time I come in I’ll be looking forward to working with her again :)

    The worst customer service EVER. They lost alot of good employees. Now the ones that they have now. Have noooooo sense of good customer service. I've been with SunTrust 12 yrs and I have never dealt with anything like this. It's so bad that I decided to close out all of my accounts and take my money to a bank who will appreciate me. Cause today when I told the branch manager that I was closing my accounts. She could have cared less. She still gets her check regardless if I leave. It's sad that this branch has turned into this type of place. Hope they get new people in there once they merge with BB & T.
