    I inherited being a Truist account holder like many, as the result of originally being a SunTrust customer. During this time I've visited numerous locations throughout Charlotte. Always treated like a valued member. However, this location has a different vibe. Like a mom-and-pop business, but not in a good way. The interaction I receive is always as if I'm trying to pull off some diabolical caper. Unlike, my observation at other locations. This one seems to be less interested in a diverse staff. Seems to be primarily staffed by the power of nepotism. Update: visited this location by way of drive-thru on 6/15 / 23. A young African-American young lady attended to me and it's the fastest I've ever received service and I wasn't treated like I was trying to hustle someone else's money out of their account. Five stars for that young lady.

    If I could give zero stars I would. Do not bank here. I opened an account and they held my first check for TWO WEEKS before I could access my money while they "cleared it". Also was charged bogus start up fee and then fee for over drafting b/c I was charged a bogus fee before any money was in my account. These were later removed. Inadequate in every sense of the word.
