At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
We have been a customer of Truist for some time now and we're a carry over from SunTrust. We originally moved over because of our amazing customer who happened to be a branch manager. We ended up staying.... I wanted to take a moment and recognize two amazing people at this particular branch. Jen Shao and Matt Arthur. I am very impressed by the both of them and I have seen Jen at past business funtions and she was always on her game and professional . There both are a credit to Truist and excellence in customer service. You dont feel like your banking, you feel like your at home with friends that look after your best interests. Could not recommend banking at this location enough. In fact we drive out of our way to visit this one, because of the care we receive.

This location needs new management, the employees at this branch are tarnishing the company brand. Less then a month I’ve had two encounters where I deposited and withdrew money from my account. I was racially profiled on both encounters with banker Kyle. I have made multiple complaints, there has not been any change in his actions or new training reinforced. DO NOT BANK HERE

I've always had really good experiences at this branch ever since I opened my account there almost ten years ago. Everyone has always been friendly and easy to work with; I didn't realize how big the difference was until I went to a different branch when I was out of the area. I've always felt really valued here and especially appreciate how patient everyone here has always been, especially with explaining things or walking me through a process. Finances and banking are super stressful for me, so it means a lot that I have a welcoming place to contact or get help if I need it! Alphonzo Lewis is who I work with usually at this branch now and he's been great.
