  Impossible to deal with. Phone contact ends at 5:30 PM. All communications are in by U.S Postal System. No electronic contacts. Incompetent staffing at all levels. Avoid dealing with this company .

  This is the List of the seven accusations against the TIAA Bank Bad administration of the funds, lack of transparency in their administration, when they were questioned the way they handle the funds they were silent and did not answer my questions. Poor customer service, both their website, and their customer services numbers to communicate with the Bank is a terrible service, extremely bad Lack of Corporate Honesty, their representatives do not exercise or practice honesty, in other words they do not tell the truth, nor are they honest. Do not answer your customers such basic questions as: Where are the funds sent in 2018? Several times, I wrote to them and they persisted in not answering the questions. The TIAA Bank did not respect the terms and conditions of the contract. Failures to respect their clients, ignore numerous letters sent in writing to the bank in order to render account of the management or their work. The TIAA Bank does not care to create a bad reputation in public opinion, and with his own clients They are Obliging me to pay a false monthly payment, which does not correspond to the reality of the loan statement. The bank representatives have (haughty spirit ) This complaint will be sent to both Federal Senators from Florida, as well as to the state representative for my district in Florida at the congress in Washington DC.
