I was bullied by management, miss treated by workers who were conspiring with management. I couldn't believe they these incompetent people opening accounts. While I was there at the bank opening my account it was very apparent they were opening accounts for anyone and everyone even though the individual wasn't going to use their account legitimately. I guess this is so they could make numbers... Beware, terrible location along with being a terrible company!!

Finally the manager comes over and asks every person in line what they are there for and offers the atm as if we are all blind and didn’t realize it was there and would prefer to wait in line for 30 min. Then he goes back to his office and doesn’t help the teller. This branch needs to have a complete overhaul of personell. With so many banks in Charlotte, TD needs to pay attention to reviews.
