  Impossible to run any type of quick errand at this location. It’s always a 15-30 minute wait for a teller even when some one is available but they’re “not taking customers”…..

  I had such a wonderful experience at this bank! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. You can really feel that all their efforts are focused on helping customers and making sure everything goes smoothly. A special thank you to Frances — they were exceptionally kind and patient, and made the whole process so easy for me. The interior of the bank is also very stylish and welcoming, which makes the atmosphere even better. Overall, it’s one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time!

  Based on my experiences, this is not a well run bank. I opened a home equity line of credit and was given incorrect information about the checking account requirements. Then when I was charged a fee, I was given incorrect information again. Recently I initiated a wire and several hours later, I called the branch because it did not reach the receiving bank only to learn that the manager did not approve it yet. Wires should be approved at the branch level while the customer is in the branch.

  I wish I could give negative stars! This bank SUCKS!! OPENED an account 30 days ago. I deposited a check on the 28th of July. I get an email saying I had a secured message about my deposit. After 8 calls and a combined hold time of 3 hours and 15 mins!! I have opt for the call back they never call back or do hrs later just to be put on hold again. So they won't clear my deposit saying it can take from 6-30days and my rent is gonna be late because my deposit isn't cleared AND the manager at the branch in Carmel was sooo nasty! Told me I won't be closing anything until that deposit clears because u cant close an account unless u have a 0 balance! I was never told of this policy when I opened the account. I am FURIOUS TRUST ME I WILL BE THE VERY FIRST CALL THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE RECIEVES ON Tuesday morning. Get your money outta that bank I will not be told whats gonna be done with MY Money that i worked for just to have some wanna be diva tell me whats gonna happen with my money??! Make that's raggedy business Commerce Bank again! I only left the 1 star because I couldn't post this without atleast 1 star! They know they are trash!
