The young lady signed me in and I sat and waited....I was the only person in the waiting area. Even at the teller counter, there was only 2 or 3 members being serviced. The "member services reps" (3 of them: an older male, younger male and an older aged woman) walked passed me several times, never acknowledging me by a simple "hello, we will be with you shortly"...nothing. after 10 mins of waiting i got up and left and decided to mail my info back instead. I will never go to this branch location again. I used to work at a credit union many years ago before I switched to the medical field and was always courteous to my members. They need to up their customer service skills at this location. Very poor!
