- TDTyler DaysNov 14, 20255.0I visited the Steele Creek branch of State Employees’ Credit Union and worked with Mervin Davis, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. I arrived very close to closing time, but Mervin never made me feel rushed. He took his time explaining everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and offered thoughtful advice based on my situation. He was professional, polite, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares that you understand your options, and Mervin absolutely did. I left feeling informed and confident, and I really appreciate the level of service he provided. Thank you, Mervin, for going above and beyond! Also, Ms. Toni, who initially answered my call before I came into the branch, was VERY NICE! As soon as I walked in she greeted me and even guessed I was who she spoke with and got me checked in. She even came to check in on me after a few minutes and requested that I get helped right away. Thank you, Ms. Toni, for your kindness and professionalism!
