- SMSteve MinslowApr 20, 20201.0The staff at this branch were always very helpful and polite, however, when it comes to the SECU, I have been having a lot of trouble closing my membership and getting my money back. Each time I message them on the app I get the same response stating that I will have to cancel my membership to receive what is in my account because there must be a minimum of $25 balance. I have requested cancellation and refund, however they continue to push back and provide the same message. At the end of the day, they will not give me my money. Pretty sure that's not an institution you would want to trust with your money. The one star is for the exceptional in-branch service.
