Nice facility. I never had to wait to be helped. Everyone was polite and courteous.

The ATM at this location (and almost every SECU location) is outdated and unreliable. Machine jammed, took my money without depositing, and the bank took no urgency to help resolve the issue. Would rate zero stars if I could.

Lgfcu app is straight doo doo. Only option to pay my mortgage is mobile depositing checks on their app. No normal payment processing option (like how all other commerce online works). Being kicked out the door by secu, no constriction loans. Really not loving LGFCU. There's got to be a better bank than this.

Love being a part of SECU. Staff at the 3rd street location can be hit or miss. My husband and I first went in for information on getting started with buying a house over the summer, and it's a total luck of the draw who you meet with (it's whoever's available when you check in). Girl we met with over the summer was not super friendly or helpful, never replied to emails. Came back in the fall to actually apply for a mortgage and got to work with Bryan Darden, who was wonderful to work with. He really worked to make sure we had a stress-free, quick process and that nothing fell through the cracks. Our realtor even commented on how efficient Darden was at getting all our stuff in order with time to spare.
