From the first phone call I could tell that Rosa would advocate for me and guide me in the right direction. She was extremely responsive from the time I submitted my application through my closing date. She had all of the answers. As my closing date was approaching she learned of a grant that was being rolled out and she advocated for me and got my closing date pushed out two weeks so that she could secure the grant money for me and save me a lot of money. If you are in the market for a home, you cannot go wrong with using Rosa as your mortgage broker. I cannot thank her enough.
