    I've always been met with a smile and great customer service. Not once have I had much of a wait time. Any questions or needs that I've had have been addressed rapidly and I've appreciated the level of customer service. In these days and times most businesses do not provide customer service. I've been with South State now for about 3 years after leaving my former large bank of 25 years and I'm so happy that I made the change! Thank you!

    Roger Stewart does NOT go above and beyond for consumers. He also does not disclose that their lot loans require a 720 or above credit score prior to dinging your credit and causing a negative impact on your credit. Buyer beware! He could have gained so much business from me had he not been so incompetent.

    I had never heard of this bank, but I had to come to it because this is where the funds were drawn. I asked what information was required since I did not have an account there. I was told a drivers license and another credit card. No problem…..It took forever I asked the teller what took so long. She said because I didn’t have an account it took a longer process. Offered no apology for my wait and did not say goodbye. Won’t be back for sure.

    The Wurth South State Bank service ever. I try to avoid stopping at this one but when I have to, it’s rude service and completely impersonal.
