    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a great experience with this bank so far. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to help with questions or concerns. Transactions are smooth, the online banking system is easy to use, and customer service responds quickly when needed.     I've always been met with a smile and great customer service. Not once have I had much of a wait time. Any questions or needs that I've had have been addressed rapidly and I've appreciated the level of customer service. In these days and times most businesses do not provide customer service. I've been with South State now for about 3 years after leaving my former large bank of 25 years and I'm so happy that I made the change! Thank you!

    I had never heard of this bank, but I had to come to it because this is where the funds were drawn. I asked what information was required since I did not have an account there. I was told a drivers license and another credit card. No problem…..It took forever I asked the teller what took so long. She said because I didn’t have an account it took a longer process. Offered no apology for my wait and did not say goodbye. Won’t be back for sure.
