  I recently had an overall good experience with Regional Finance, but I am disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding my financing details. When I spoke with Jenny, she informed me that I was approved for $9,500. However, I later discovered through an email that the actual amount financed was $9,999.32. This discrepancy was concerning, as I was not made aware of it upfront. Additionally, I expressed that I have my own life insurance, but Jenny did not provide me with the option to opt out of the $273.86 life insurance policy. Furthermore, she insisted that the Auto Plus plan was only an additional $6 and it was good because she uses it, despite my indication that I did not need this "perk." I later found out that this added $199.95 to my costs. I hold this location in high regard, but I do not appreciate being blindsided by unexpected charges. This additional cost could have been used to enhance my financial situation, but instead, it will be applied to my balance. I expect a swift cancellation of both the life insurance and Auto Plus plan, along with full transparency in our future dealings.
