- SBS BOct 10, 20253.0Only 1 atm and it’s unavailable because it’s being maintenanced on a FRIDAY AFTERNOON! What kind of sense does that make. Hire more people on Fridays too. Long line inside and one lane open outside, probably becuase we all need to use the atm. Exhausting and inconvenient.

- DMDanni MJul 12, 20251.0Worst ATM banking service ever, their ATM literally either never works or won’t accept deposits and the fact that they have no other option for banking on the weekends or for those of us that work outside of “typical Banking hours” (M-F 9-5) and don’t have the option of direct deposit. So I am stuck Traveling to other ATM’s in the not so near vicinity (hoping they are actually working) to do my banking, which is not convenient at all. In other words, if you don’t live in South Carolina, you’re pretty much out of luck. You would think with all the members they have especially many that live on the border of NC/SC that they would upgrade their ATM system, Or at least add more ATM locations, like most other banks have at this point. Honestly, they are on the verge of losing a long time member because of this.
