We have had our mortgage with this company for over 10 years. i just called to talk to a customer representative and she was very disrespectful, talked over me, told me is was rude and hung up on me! we are also having multiple issues with their new "policies" they make as they go along. if the interest rates weren't so high i would refinance with another company! so beware when using this company, nice at first but don't expect any special treatment!
