  I went to cash a check from a customer that was drawn off of First National Bank, the lady didn't even look at the check amd is going to tell me that they can't cash the check because it's over the limit for non customers. So this location has a limit of less than a hundred dollars. This is bogus!

  I've received nothing but kind, courtesy and prompt professional services since being with this bank for over five years. The staff is so patient and caring. They try to offer the best advice when handling funds. The only negative is the ten or more business hold on funds from other banking institutions.

  Who is banking with First National? The purpose of a bank is to handle funds (in various capacities). I popped into this location simply to break a hundred dollar bill. I visited a couple of shops/eateries in the area and no one was able to accept my bill so I ended up swiping my debit card. I, personally, don't like swiping my card just "everywhere." When I informed the teller that I wanted change for my hundred dollar bill, he stated he was unable to give me change because I did not have an account there. How ridiculous!

  If I could give a negative star rating I would. The teller was a real PRICK. Refused to cash a business check when it was well under the limit. When asked to see the Manger he refused to get her and then just sat down. We were forced to drive 10 miles out of our way to the next branch where we had no issues. I called back later to speak to the manager to verify what their limits were and he should have cashed it. I encouraged my employer to switch banks if my employees were going to have issues getting their checks cashed.
