They randomly will shut down your checking account without notifying you they’ve done it to me over 3 times was while I was out of the state. They don’t have 24 hour support and the support they do have is useless cause they don’t follow simple instructions Needless to say, save your time and money and don’t ever make an account with this bank
- MCMicheal CaseNov 1, 20231.0They lied to me told me I didn't have to do direct deposit to get my promotion money told me personally 3 different people to my face all I had to do was deposit 2500 in 90 days and make 14 transactions on my card well I personally asked all 3 people was they sure it didn't have to be direct deposit and all 3 answers were no but guess what they all lied got my 150 for the transaction but not my 250 for the deposit but keep in mind I qualified for everything after 2 weeks banking with them has well over 14 transactions and well over 2500 deposit in 2 weeks definitely got lied to
