I set up instant payments to be removed on Friday mornings when I get paid (though my company puts payroll in on Wednesday). Worked for months. My money moves fast and I like knowing what's mine after it clears. For some reason, one I call NSF fees, the system decided to post the debit at 4am to collect a NSF fee and then place my payroll credit at 5am. They did this two weeks straight ($70+). I called them out on it and they said "It's their policy". Nothing offered to rectify my issue but instead suspended my service as if it was my fault. I'm now looking for a new bank and cannot recommend FNB Pennsylvania.

I need a cashier check to pay rent on my new place and when asked can I get a cashiers check if paying with cash I was told NO. Which wasn’t the problem! I said thank you and have a nice day for none of the 4 tellers at the counter to reply have a good day as well or even ask about my banking needs, Nor did they ask if I was interested in opening an account. No one even said ma’am due to you not being a member you couldn’t just plain No with an attitude. I drove directly across the street to Bank of America asked the same question and the Branch Manager asked my needs and assisted me in opening a new account. I felt very overlooked and devalued as a potential customer. I would NOT recommend this Bank or the Branch to anyone due to the lack of customer service, lack of professionalism and attitude of all the tellers within the bank.
