While there is at least one branch that is closer, I go here because Angela S. helped me tremendously with my business inquiries, not to mention the positive energy is amazing. The team is more than helpful, I've even met the branch manager. Angela has been so helpful and she's so knowledgeable. Definitely worth the 20 min drive.
- CBC BirkMay 23, 20191.0If I could give negative stars i would. This branch is a headache beyond headaches! The staff here Yvette in particular, is RUDE and so so disrespectful. They have rules that no other branch has, without even knowing my name or status of my account I was not able to withdraw money through the drive thru, because of fraud. but when I went inside she did NOT even look at my ID. She said she saw it and matched my name while it was in my hand. I have worked in banking for 5 years and she KNOWS that is not sufficient enough, does the signature match? is the photo raised showing its a fake ID? Does the name name in full? None of that was done. My protection was not on Yvette's mind at all and she is a SUPERVISOR!!! After this situation, I went to a different First Citizens off S. Blvd and went through the drive thru to pull out cash and guess what...I WAS ABLE TO WITH NO ISSUES. When I called to escalate this situation with the other branch, even the girl on the phone goes..."unable to make a withdraw through the drive thru is news to me". I will be moving my accounts to a different bank. And making sure anyone else I know does the same.
