Only one person working at the branch to service their customers. Worst customer service situation ever. If I hadn’t been with 1st Citizens for the past 40 years, I would close my accounts, but I don’t think that any of the banks or any better. None of them are about customer service. They’re about making money for their stockholders in their CEO..

When shopping for a financial product I was treated in very professional manner: excellent greeting, great product walkthrough, prompt appointment setup for an account opening. Everything was top notch and executed flawlessly and efficiently. Still, there’s a human touch to it at this branch close to uptown Charlotte where one truly feels warmly welcomed.At the times when personal business relationships with your banker becomes more important than ever I can highly recommend Mr.Gunadasa and his team.
