  My father has banked here since he was teenager. My grandmother longer than that.The last time we entered this branch, they treated my father like a criminal. Based on our looks. The cashier put a hold on a real legal check my father received for his LUNG CANCER. It has cleared. But we can't use it. For the repaiirs for my fathers house to make him comfortable. My father HAS CANCER. I have MS NEITHER OF US LOOK HEALTHY... BUT YOU DECIDED TO MAKE OUR LIVES HARDER BECAUSE YOU THOUGHT YOU WERE BETTER THAN US. Or your jealous.

  To Whom It May Concern at First Citizens Bank: I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction regarding recent limitations placed on my ability to transfer funds via Zelle from my First Citizens Bank account. When attempting to complete a Zelle transfer, I was informed by your staff that the transaction could not be processed because "Zelle doesn't know you." This explanation is particularly confusing since I am a verified customer of First Citizens Bank with proper identification on file. I was then told that while my funds were technically "pending" and would "post tonight," I could only use these funds within the First Citizens banking ecosystem, not through Zelle transfers. Your representative essentially communicated that while my money is available for card purchases or internal bank transactions, First Citizens is restricting how and where I can send my own funds. This policy appears to arbitrarily limit my banking options and restricts my financial autonomy. It also raises questions about your partnership with Zelle and whether Zelle is aware that First Citizens is potentially limiting customer transactions through their platform. As a customer who trusts your institution with my finances, I expect full access to modern banking services, including the ability to transfer my own funds through established payment platforms like Zelle.   Working with this bank is nightmare This bank has a lean on a trailer i bought 3 weeks ago I paid them over $37000 with a cashier check and the check was cleared 3 weeks ago but i m still waiting for the title and release letter They have the title and all they have to do is give me the release letter They are holding my money and my title I can't use my own trailer that i played 3 weeks ago and i m loosing money because of this bank I have done this with many banks before and takes a couple of days until the cashier check is cleared Here i have been waiting for 3 weeks and still nothing This bank is obviously poorly organized and employees are not doing their job Avoid doing business here

  Really wish I could give 0 stars. The rudest bankers I've ever dealt with. Particularly the one older lady with short hair.
