  When you’re African American and you need to pull out more than 20.00 the bigger Hispanic lady will take you through the wringer !!!!!! To get money from YOUR OWN ACCOUNT AFTER YOU HAVE ANSWERED ALL OF YOUR SECURITY QUESTIONS

  The lady at the front desk was easily the least helpful person I’ve ever came into contact with. It was the front desk woman who sits in front of the chairs. I don’t know if I will be back to this location I may find a new bank or location etc

  The workers at this First citizens location seem prefer not helping the African American guests that come in. They will roll their eyes and walk away so the other front teller will have to help them. Very concerning and sad to see, especially in this day and age. I would recommend diversity training for the staff or perhaps letting them go. The workers in the office don’t seem to be the issue, only the front 3 counter workers (usually 2 women and 1 male). I hope this issue is fixed, Mallard Creek is a very nice area but this is the usually the only time I experience this kind of prejudice or discrimination. While I do not have a personal account, I frequently make deposits here on behalf of a business. We will be closing accounts if this behavior continues. I’m sure it does not represent the company and I will recommend closing our Charlotte business accounts with First Citizens if need be. Thank you!

  Nice bank, but I am closing all my accounts and switching to 5/3 bank because 1st citizens bank has closed down all their locations close to Concord mills and very difficult to do transactions.

  Unfortunately, my experience with Claudette Stewart was disappointing. As a first-time homebuyer, I came in with a lot of questions and a genuine interest in learning more about the process. However, I didn’t feel heard or seen during our interactions. Claudette's approach felt dismissive, and I did not feel supported or welcomed throughout our conversation. I had hoped for a more helpful and inviting experience, especially during such an important and personal milestone. I’m hopeful others will have a better experience, but I personally did not feel that my needs were met.
