I am so glad that I took her advice. From the minute that I walked in I knew this bank was special. Lisa Meggs greeted and welcomed me in such a warm way. My appt was with Logan Chandler and he was ready for me so no waiting. Another very pleasant surprise. Both Lisa and Logan worked with me and all questions and paperwork complete. Please … well worth your trip to go to Mint Hill and meet with the staff at this First Citizens. This is definitely my new bank! Thank you Logan and Lisa!

I was spoken to as if I was a child regarding a serious concern on my account that I was inquiring about. Not only was the problem NOT resolved, but the aggressive manor in which I was spoken down to was demeaning. Inconsistent information varies by employee that cost me money. BAD business.
