- ASAngelica SimmonsMay 11, 20231.0I wish that I could give zero stars because they gave me zero service The female branch manager was extremely rude and unpleasant not allowing me to get my own funds from my own bank when I called the customer service number on the back of the card she then lied to them telling them she thought it was a fraud situation and placed a hold on my account so that I could not access my funds at all allowing my account to be possibly overdrawn. I have never been so disrespected in my life. I'm a person of color trying to remove a large amount of funds off of my account it's considered fraud???? There was no other reason I could have possibly been denied service All of my information was accurate even the customer service representative agreed that I was in the right but they have no control over branches. I wouldn't not recommend banking here and will be continuing to contacting someone about the situation.
