- ECEd CooperJan 4, 20202.0Opened a savings account when Carolina Premier was new in Charlotte. Carolina Premier was a great little bank, was helpful, and made the customer feel special. Select Bank & Trust is the opposite. They never reached out to me after it become Select Bank and quit sending mailings other than a Form 1099-Int. The overall experience at other banks I use - small and the large - is better.
