- DWDavid WrightAug 14, 20251.0Absolutely useless branch. I was told it was the only shared branch that could do more than $1000 transactions - already ridiculous. This branch is literally by baggage claim so you have to park in hourly and then walk a mile and take stairs 4 times. Then I walk in and they said they're open til 5pm but stop doing shared branch at 4pm. The woman said with a smirk "it's on our website" - super condescendingly. As a matter of fact, it doesn't say that on their website. Absolutely useless.
- BHBrittany HDec 2, 20201.0Had to order a new card after a fraud attempt on my account. Went into location to withdraw cash and they could not do. They advised me to go to another bank (Piedmont Advantage CU) to get cash out. Very inconvenient. If I cant take cash out from my actual bank then I may as well bank with the other credit union?, because what's the point. Why even remain open if you can't assist your own customers??
