No I don’t want to open an account, I hope to update in the future as to how much I’ve charged Wells Fargo customers just for being customers of Wells Fargo, Dick runs both ways

- LAL AbrahamMay 4, 20241.0We experienced the most ridiculous display of God knows what today when I took my 80 year old mother to the bank. So apparently at this location an 80 year old doing her own banking but not driving is a phenomenon. I say a phenomenon because no less than 6 people needed to witness it. My best guess as a mandated reporter is that they were attempting to ascertain whether myself and her two 5-year old grandsons were forcing her to withdraw her money against her will. Well if so that was the least subtle sleuthing ever. As a mandated reporter something that foolish would result in the escalation of a problem rather than help. 3 different people came to the drive through window and handled her transaction. I guess so that they could make their own judgment. The crazy thing is that they were sure to smile as they all hovered around the drive-through window because that looks less strange I suppose. I've been to this branch countless times over the past 20 years before Wells Fargo even took over Wachovia because it's near my office and never experienced such foolery. My mother and I were beyond annoyed and dismayed. And to add insult to injury it took almost 20 minutes to do what one teller does at her local branch in 2 with a smile and one person. Never again
