The worst decision was opening an account at this branch: the customer service is horrible; the banker wasn't knowledgeable or remotely helpful...he wasted much of my time by not even having the correct account up. The Teller, who is kind and professional, had to advise the Banker that he was in the wrong account. In the end he didn't help me and my issue was not resolved. Wouldn't recommend.

So I’ve usually had good experiences with Truist, but I want to give a shoutout to this specific team at this specific location. While I was there, an elderly woman came in needing help with something and through her inquiries it became apparent that this woman was being defrauded by scammers. Cailynn, Jake, and Joe displayed some of the most humanity-affirming patience, compassion, and immediate competence I’ve ever witnessed in a professional setting. I could not help but see my own mother in this unfortunate woman, and if my mom were ever in her situation I can only hope that she would receive a modicum of the kindness and professionalism displayed by the staff at this bank. The folks I named are true assets to this bank, and anywhere else in society they might find themselves.
