I've gone in to do some simple withdrawals/deposits/etc there - even shamefacedly broke a 20 once - and the front desk is chipper and eager to help. Lively and welcoming environment regardless of the day or time. Just popped in today to start a savings account and they were tremendously helpful and thorough in getting me started. Switched from SunTrust and I'm happier I did every day! SunTrust had nice branch employees, too, but First Citizens backs theirs up with quality financial options and plans that fit my needs. SunTrust didn't. Thanks FC!
