The service has been slow for years but now for the last few months the drive thru line has been backed up into CH Rd because the lobby still isn’t open. I get it, COVID-19....but still. Other banks are open. For the last year or so I’ve been using the ATM outside to deposit my checks and cash to avoid even going inside/waiting in line. Even using THAT has become frustrating. Something is always wrong with it. Officially looking elsewhere.
