I have been with several big city banks and I must say, Susan Mullis set the bar for customer service. The whole branch is friendly from the Branch Manager down to the tellers. Definitely made a wise choice selecting United Community Bank !

Although i would avoid going on Fridays as that is pay day for may customers who come in and cash checks and is usually busy after midday until closing. Also the ATM at the drive though can only dispense cash. No deposits for cash or check are available on the machine.
