- CCChristianDec 20, 20251.0I called before I went to this location and they didn’t pickup. I went there and location was empty, only two customers and 2+ tellers there. I asked if they had any safe deposit boxes and the teller rudely said no and that there wasn’t even a waiting list for one. Which was fine I’ve already been to two other locations that day. She then said that I should call branches before I come in and ask. Which I actually did before I went they were just too lazy to pickup. And was extremely difficult to hear. I then asked if she could help me find another location that has one because at this point I’ve been to 3 other locations. And she again rudely said I should call them and that she couldn’t help me out. Which was fine because that’s what other locations said. But the tone and lack of customer service is disappointing as a Wells Fargo customer of over a decade. What a waste of time.
