- VCV CaggiaDec 4, 20201.0The branch is temporarily closed? What does that mean? How do we access our safe deposit box there? I got through to another branch and they said it is due to covid. Banks are an essential business, this is not 1929 where the can arbitrarily decide to close. Fear of a virus with a 99.98% survivability factor is not a good enough excuse to not properly staff a location. Unable to get a response from a district manager nor able to reach anyone in the Charlotte region. Totally unacceptable. One star rating only because zero is not an option.

I was in to setup an account, move money from another account, and then also to wire some money to a closing attorney for a property that we are buying.
