$8 to cash a check from this bank without an account. Unreasonable . Somehow overcharging and still providing abysmally slow service on par with the DMV

Brittany and Scott are always super kind to me when I come in. I have a bunch of tedious transactions because of my business account, but they’ve been nothing but helpful and patient each time.

I had a complicated situation when I got here and it took about an hour so to sort (not the fault of anyone, just one of those things), and everyone was SO nice and friendly!!! They made my visit very painless and helped in every single way they could. I highly recommend this branch! Thanks to everyone here for everything!

What has happened to drive throughs with BBT/Truist? People use a drive-through for convenience to get in get out sometimes it’s the perfect thing to do when the weather is bad like today. Again today I’ve waited 20 minutes just to deposit two checks and the poor guy inside is all alone. What’s up with that? I hope they’re paying him time and a half because he’s doing the job of two people. Come on truest get your act together and hire somebody to. I’m about ready to go to a different bank. Your merging with BB&T has done nothing. In fact your service is worse
