People use a drive-through for convenience to get in get out sometimes it’s the perfect thing to do when the weather is bad like today. Again today I’ve waited 20 minutes just to deposit two checks and the poor guy inside is all alone. What’s up with that? I hope they’re paying him time and a half because he’s doing the job of two people. Come on truest get your act together and hire somebody to. I’m about ready to go to a different bank. Your merging with BB&T has done nothing. In fact your service is worse
