Our Rotary club has three Truist accounts and we have used the Preston Corners Branch frequently over the past 3 years. Whenever we go in, the entire staff has always been friendly and helpful. The Branch Manager Chad has been particularly good to work with when we need special account assistance, such as changing signatories and/or online access to our club accounts. I'm the Club Treasurer and today he took the time to resolve a potentially messy situation with our accounts due to a lost checkbook. It saved me a lot of time and trouble! I'd highly recommend this Truist Branch for customer service.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a bank. The tellers are rude and slow. The line was long and I had my 5 year old with me. They no longer set out the withdraw slips so I have to hold the line up with my squirming child to fill one out. Then they say I can't access my money because they have an old ID on file and I would have to sit down with a manager to fix it. I have never had this problem before and I come here every month to pay rent. I have had it with the inconvenience of SunTrust.
