We were charged a fee that we couldn't figure out as our bank didn't said there wasn't a fee. The people of Townebank here helped us out so much. Honestly they went above and beyond, even going as far as calling their wire department, looking into our case and eventually finding out that the fee came from an intermediary bank. If they're treating people that aren't even their members this well, I can't imagine how good of a treatment their members are getting. Definitely would recommend!

Customer service is their full and total focus both at the branch level as well as corporate. Questions are answered promptly by knowledgeable employees.
