  Not a review of particular branch but I would avoid this bank in general. Horrible app, even worse customer service. My wife had her number stolen twice in a few weeks. The second time they were able to make enough purchases to drain her whole account and overdraft her savings without a single fraud alert and then she had to pay a shipping fee for a new card

  There’s a very rude worker she’s black and she works in the middle desk and i think she’s not supposed to work there if she got personal issues because she’s mean Thanks .

  Their employees need to know the correct information we called last week to see if they have $2 bills and we let him know that we are not members of this particular credit Union we are a member of a credit union but in Florida and they told us that was fine that they do sell the $2 bills now the lady telling us today that they don't sell the $2 bills unless you are a State employees credit Union member which is ridiculous if you got the money why does it matter anyway I will never go there I will never have an account there I am not impressed with any of their employees today the one that we were actually working with seem very clueless on what to do with anything and had no idea what a $2 bill strap was

  I'd leave zero stars if I could. Staff is unfriendly, inconsistent, unpersonable, and overall do not have your best interest in mind. Set an appointment 2 weeks out, when I show up they act like they didn't know I was coming! Gave no information as to what I needed to do or what THEY needed to do in order to run loan application process(didnt even ask me appropriate questions to see how much I could apply for!). Never had an experience like this at the other Cary branches, take your business there; I only went here because mine did not have a mortgage specialist available at the time.

  Atm consistently doesnt accept cash, or check deposits. 50/50 shot it wont let you withdraw cash. They "balance" their atm in the middle of the buisness day, so if for some reason it actually lets you make a deposit it won't post to your account. 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩
