- AMAdolfo MagañaAug 11, 20251.0I went to get service for my auto loan, and I ended up dealing with a lady who I prefer to not mention her name just for respect to her, but she was very arrogant with her attitude towards us me the entire time she was helping us she showed an arrogant attitude. I received nothing but the Worst Customer Service only arrogance. Definitely canceling all my accounts with SECU.
