- KMKierstin MurrayJun 29, 20235.0I’ve used this bank for a few years now, and not once have I had any issues that couldn’t be fixed. The previous branch manager Nix was amazing, and always understood what I needed. Tristin (the lead banker) always goes above and beyond for any customer. He is tentative and understanding. He is patient when I am explaining what I need taken care of and it is completed when I am at the branch or if not, it is completed same day and he ALWAYS follows up to let me know the status. I couldn’t ask for a better banker to have on my side. Tristin is the heart and soul of the Cary branch, and is the reason I continue to stay.
